1. You will want to start off by connecting your flash drive to your Mac
2. Download and Install the latest version of DiskMakerX (or check here how to download and use DiskMaker X step by step)
3. Run DiskMakerX and click “Yosemite (10.10)“, as there is currently no other version available for El Capitan.
4. Next you will want to select the install file and in the Applications folder select “Install OS X 10.11” and click “Choose”.
5. Click “An 8 GB USB thumb drive” and select the flash drive you plugged into your Mac.
6. Click “Erase” then create the disk.
7. You will then need to click “Continue” and enter your administrator password when prompted.
8. Once the process has finished, simply click “Quit”.

You will now have a working bootable OS X El Capitan USB drive to use whenever you want. You can choose to rename the drive to “El Capitan” as opposed to “Yosemite”. Because DiskMakerX does not yet have an option for El Capitan, it will automatically name is Yosemite. Xbox font generator.
